TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All work is carried out by Huls Design on the understanding that the client has agreed to our terms and conditions.. Within 7 business days of receiving a design brief and deposit, Huls Design will deliver up to three different options. Artwork will be submitted for your review via e-mail unless otherwise negotiated.

Upon receipt of your feedback, Huls Design will make any changes to the necessary artwork until you are completely satisfied. Up to three rounds of revisions are included in quoted price. Further revisions will incur additional costs at an hourly rate of $75.

Huls Design will not take responsibility and is not liable for graphics resulting in a cease and desist order. Huls Design assumes that all content provided by its clients is original and/or is copyrighted by the client.


PAYMENT

The client agrees to pay a 50% nonrefundable deposit before any work begins and the remaining payment when final designs are approved. Huls Design will then provide final art files to be used by the client. 

The client understands that the artwork belongs to Huls Design until paid in full. In the event of termination of this agreement, Huls Design owns the artwork and has the right to complete, exhibit, and/or sell the design (not including business name). Furthermore, Huls Design owns all design concepts created before the final design.
